Appliedinfo Partners Promotes US-China Cultural and Economic Exchange

Somerset, NJ – Committed to diversity and advocating corporate responsibility towards diversity spending, Appliedinfo Partners, Inc. has played a key role with the development of the New Jersey Chinese American Chamber of Commerce (NJCACC), a non-profit and non-partisan organization.

Mr. John Lau, president of Appliedinfo Partners, has worked to enable NJCACC members, who are primarily Chinese American entrepreneurs, to network and do business with mainstream America, government agencies and other local businesses in the state of New Jersey and the greater New York area.

The organization also promotes cultural and economic exchange between the United States and China. With China's entry to the World Trade Organization, there are vast opportunities for American firms to develop their international businesses in China.

Appliedinfo recently hosted an event at Four Point Sheraton Hotel in Newark, NJ, to welcome a China delegation from Jinan City, in the Shandong Province of China, including the city's mayor. The event was attended by distinguished guests including Consul Jing Kong of the People's Republic of China Consulate General in New York; Calvin West, Executive Director of the Governor's North New Jersey Office; Mr. Kabili Tayari of Jersey City's Mayor Office; and many other successful Chinese American entrepreneurs.

Mr. Lau is a founding member and a current board member of NJCACC.
