New Jersey - Appliedinfo Partners, Inc. has received yet another recognition by a national minority business publication - Minority Business News USA.  Appliedinfo has risen in the publication's ranking of the Top 100 Minority Business in the U.S from Number. 89 in 2003 to Number 85 in 2004.  Earlier this year, Appliedinfo was also named one of the top 40 Asian businesses in the country by the affiliate Asian business publication of the magazine.

Reacting to the company's elevated ranking, Appliedinfo president John T. Lau stated, "Despite the challenging economic conditions in the past few years, our company has been doing better and has grown stronger than ever domestically, which has privileged us to expand our business overseas.  I would like to acknowledge our supportive clients and loyal customers who have offered us not only the opportunity to serve their business needs, but also to serve alongside them in a number of not-for-profit events and activities."

Appliedinfo CEO Betty Lau, who oversees the overall operation of the company and manages its software development operations, added, "We will continue to ensure superb services and creative solutions to our customers."

Minority Business News USA bridges communication between mainstream America and minority-owned businesses in the United States.  Every year, the publication accepts nominations nationally to recognize top minority-certified firms in the country.
